London, 7th June 2011worldflow, a leading provider of software and services to the financial services sector and EuroIRP, the European Association of Independent Research providers, are pleased to announce the launch of the EuroIRP Investment Research App for the Apple iPad and iPhone, available to download from the Apple iTunes Store today.

The EuroIRP App is the first multi-contributor version of worldflow’s wRD Research Distribution technology and will give Institutional Investors access to the latest reports from a range of leading independent research providers through a single sign-on application.

The material provided by independent research firms is a vital source of analysis for leading professional investors, and the EuroIRP App enables those customers to have up to the minute access to the latest reports and recommendations anywhere and at any time via a range of mobile devices. As the number of customers accessing research apps from Sell-side firms continues to grow, the wealth of material from Europe’s Independent firms is now available through the same channels, providing a balanced view of company fundamentals and developments in global markets.

Peter Allen, Co-Chair of EuroIRP and Managing Director of Lombard Street Research comments “Developing this initiative in partnership with worldflow has enabled us to offer a valuable new service to our members. There is increasing demand from professional investors for truly independent research and the EuroIRP App will help our members meet the needs of customers for timely access to the latest opinion and analysis”

Steve Jarrett, Director of worldflow comments “We’re delighted that EuroIRP selected worldflow and the wRD platform for this initiative. Independent research is the fastest growing sector of the Investment Research market and we’re delighted to be helping launch mobile services for so many respected firms, it’s a challenge that we knew our solution would be able to meet”
