Worldflow senior staff has successfully managed development and infrastructure groups in major banking organizations and built highly successful teams. Using that knowledge, our extensive contact base and the ability to gauge business requirements and technical skills effectively, Worldflow are capable of supplying a single resource to a complete team that will meet the client's needs first time, every time.
Worldflow will only put forward suitable candidates once we have met and screened them, to ensure a fit for them and for the client. With many of the specialist contractors the Worldflow team will have known and worked with them over many years, and can reference their previous work as a measure of their effectiveness.
We will ensure that candidates meet the client's skills requirements. More importantly in working with the end client to discuss the role and the focus of the recruiting team, Worldflow are able to ensure a cultural fit as well as a skills fit. This is essential in the integration of new contract staff, especially where there is a significant take-on of additional resources, to minimise disruption from the take-on process.
All short listed contract staff will be put through Brainbench assessments to measure all key dimensions including technical skills, past work behavior, personality, knowledge and abilities, either individually or together in a single test.
