		<description>Thanks for your comment. You can take a view if it is a punt or a strategic investment. We like to think it is strategic. Two reasons are that Dodd-Frank will drive central clearing and DB have a lot of clearing interests, so owning the transaction flow for a core centrally cleared product is important. Additionally there will be another strategic investment announcement in the next few weeks, which has been made by another party alongside DB, but not announced yet, which will give a lot more credibility to DB&#039;s investment and the platform itself.</description>
